Former Employee3.0Jul 9, 2025Overall, the sales department is mainly ideal for prospects new to sales. Can easily plateau around month 3 as an experienced sales leader. Upper managment can be completely disorganized but if you're quick on your feet, will be able to survive.

Current Employee4.6Aug 15, 2024My overall experience was great. Spectrum has always preferred to promote from within and takes their time to develop their talent from the entry level positions and give them the opportunity to move their way up. I started as a door greeter and within 4 years I was in a leadership role.
