Great product set, strong market position especially with managed services, competitive pricing in NYC market and high earning potential for above average performance. Dowsides are poor management (excessive meeting, too many admin tasks distract from prospecting), sluggish and cumbersome sales process, complicated by constant micromanagement, and 5 days in office required in NYC.

Atlanta leadership hired the wrong man for growth. Micromanage and will lie about remote work. In office Monday through Friday. New manager that has zero care for his people. Mistreats belittles and will be quick to clean his hands after he directs you the wrong way.

Held a variety of roles throughout the Enterprise division. The AE (Hunter roles) are revolving doors very, very few succeed in this role. The AM roles are better but everything in this division depends on territory. They are constantly changing ROE and comp every year which takes months to roll out.
