This company understands how to compensate sales people. The job is tough with all the processes and project management, and if you have a good sales manager who takes that off your plate you will do well. Stay away from the negative talkers.

I've had a wonderful experience at Spectrum Enterprise. The training provided is excellent, and the incentives for exceeding quotas are very motivating. The leadership team is outstanding, offering ample support and involvement in our professional development.

I don’t have much time now, but I’ll say that Spectrum Enterprise had great potential. I gave it my all, but ultimately could not overcome the toxic culture, complete lack of leadership, and inadequate support.
