Former Employee2.1Jun 3, 2024Do not work here. As a seller, management is incentivized to take money out of your paycheck at any opportunity presented to them. Their systems are in accurate and once you sell a deal that they lost the rights to the city for, that $$ comes out of your paycheck and then some. MGMT will also try to fire you to keep churn high, idk why their model is like this.
