Managers are fine but leadership above that is very out of touch. Post-sales is a nightmare and now sellers also responsible for making sure installs happen or you do not get 25% of the sale.

I don’t have much time now, but I’ll say that Spectrum Enterprise had great potential. I gave it my all, but ultimately could not overcome the toxic culture, complete lack of leadership, and inadequate support.
