I have worked under the Spectrum umbrella for years but the last few being in the Enterprise Role. Its been challenging to say the least. Reps, management and directors leaving to other companies for lack of pay, training and assistance. The teammates are great. Team comradery is good due to the fact we are all on the same boat. We share in one another's frustrations. If they can get the right leadership in place, Spectrum Enterprise would be an absolute amazing place to work. The products and solutions are top notch. Leadership is horrible.

Sales at Spectrum is what you make of it. Lots of training available and tuition reimbursement for classes. Work hard and be rewarded.
