Micromanagement all over. Outside sales role with these numbers - 30 walk ins a day minimum when ramping and 4 opps generated a week once fully ramped. Almost every week on team calls, leadership is threatening the team with "write ups" if individuals fail to meet KPI's. 3 write ups is grounds for firing and it will constantly be dangled over your head. Product is good but almost always discounted since profit margins are super thin in the industry. Would not recommend unless you are coming in with an already good book of biz from like Toast. If you have no connections coming in you will have to grind insanely.
