SpotOn has an okay product. I understand fast paced and changes happening but they couldn't keep promises to customers. I was a lengthy process to get any deals done with multiple hands on the sales process creating a lot of confusion.

Loved working here while it lasted. The product is a great market fit and the company kept evolving when it came to products. Never a dull day and new accounts and people to sell to.

The product is good. There’s opportunity to make a lot money due to market position and growing presence — however the sales process and strategy is a mess. Even as a top performer, I am often frustrated by unwillingness to change sales strategy to support real company growth
