Salary and overall conditions are generally in line with current tech market standards. Products are interesting but can be challenging to sell due to lower-priced competition. The new CCAAS positioning is promising, but integration remains complex and will take time, especially as the company is still new to this segment. Frequent changes in top management (almost every year) lead to a constantly shifting strategic vision.

Poor overall experience. Leadership poor, great people that work there and pay is good. Unnecessary pressure given the clear lack of direction from leadership.

Very happy with the comp here but everything else is in shambles. They are treating FY26 as a “transition year” because we are basically picking up the pieces from bad decisions made since the company’s inception.
