Overall, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time at Sprinklr. Like every company, it has its up and downs, however, deep down at our core, the culture leads with empathy, compassion and care. The hybrid work policy allows for a proper work/life balance and the compensation package is very competitive & attainable!
