I spent seven years at Sprinklr and saw it transform from a gritty, high-performance sales org into a political and toxic environment under the new leadership team from ServiceNow. The current regime prioritizes their own hires over tenured, top-performing reps, pushing out those who built the foundation of the business. Sellers are now treated poorly, with little empathy or support. Resources have been stripped, enablement is nonexistent, and internal alignment is broken. If you’re not in the new leadership’s circle, expect to be ignored or pushed aside. What was once a place to grow and win through hard work and ownership is now a hollow shell of that culture. The product is still strong, and some customers still see value, but the internal dysfunction makes it difficult to succeed — or even stay motivated. Bottom line: If you’re considering Sprinklr, dig deep into attrition rates and talk to former employees. The company being sold to you in the interview process doesn’t match the current reality.
