As a solutions consultant, the case comp is competitive, however the balance between work load and commission between SC’s and AE’s is terrible. SC’s own a highly technical sales cycle, with little upside to comp. AE’s earn high commissions and rely heavily on the ecosystem to deliver wins.

Decent. Little work life balance and lots of stress. Massive leadership changes and lacking real strategic vision for future growth. Strategy changes every few months as does the org structure.
