Recieved an offer at Sprout and I’m curious what the onboarding and new hire training process is like to set new reps up for success and to hit the ground running?

What’s better for mid market - growth or New business? This is for an AE role. If anyone has attainment numbers, % of inbound/ outbound for each position that would be amazing.

OTE aside, whats a reasonable amount to expect to make year 1 on the corporate AE team?
