Things are really tough in Enterprise these days. Attainment is at an all-time low, with very few AEs hitting quota. Leadership feels disconnected from customers and the realities of the field. The product is behind competitors, which makes winning new business harder. Top performers are leaving regularly, and overall morale is really low.

Great organisation, leadership and opportunity. Like most sales organisations it requires focus, daily/weekly outputs and the desire to achieve with others.
