My personal development experience at this organization has been poor, as there are limited growth opportunities, no reimbursement for external development programs, and no time off allocated for learning. Local managers could benefit from better training and should be more empowered to push back on certain decisions from the head office that don’t align with regional needs. Additionally, leadership is rarely present in the office, which impacts overall visibility and accessibility.
