Former Employee If you’re an experienced enterprise rep, I’d suggest approaching an AE role here with a healthy dose of caution. The sales quotas are quite unrealistic, which means most reps consistently miss their targets.
Leadership, especially the CRO, seem to approach enterprise sales with a small-business mentality, which really doesn’t translate well at scale.
Because of that, morale across the team has taken a hit. Quite a few seasoned AEs have already moved on, and I wouldn’t be surprised if more follow. Despite all this, the company continues to over-hire, which just adds more pressure and confusion for those still trying to make things work.
There’s definitely potential here, but unfortunately it feels like that’s being overshadowed by poor leadership choices and a lack of alignment with the realities of enterprise selling. Browse Other Reviews
