Great company but sales org has been rough, changes every day make it hard to do the job and leadership is unaware of how to navigate internal competition and territories.

Overall I had a negative experience. This opportunity is a hustler grind heavy role. Reps are pitted against each other with limited ROE and no book of business. This is essentially a field sales role. LOTS of cold outbound.
