Current Employee Great culture overall, but Square has a PLG growth strategy within SMB. So during my time there, sales had to focus on upmarket outbound, where we typically didn’t win.
It sounds like it’s gotten better, but if you’re passionate about sales and want a job where you can start at the bottom and move your way up to the enterprise stage - that’s not here. Square is the best place to start your sales career, get experience, and then move on to a bigger challenge. Browse Other Reviews
