Chaotic, things are always changing and too many variables at once. Things don't seem to be fully thought out by leadership. Enablement was terrible. And incentives don't make a ton of sense. Everyone is a generalist and no one is a product/vertical expert for that reason. A lot of turnover, but the ones that are doing the best in the organization seem to be from Europe, asia, and australia, and canada so they are skewing the numbers up for the US reps.

Pay is known for being terrible. Inbound lead flow high. Good job if you're fresh out of college. Not going to pay your mortgage with it.
