Current Employee Targets are constantly changing, lead flow and internal resources are increasingly becoming more limited leaving most reps unable to achieve goal.
Management is absent and rarely provide guidance how to navigate internal processes while focusing on micromanaging. This only create additional pressure and feels more like surveillance than support.
There is opportunity but it is near impossible to succeed unless you are being funneled leads under the table.
