Product market fit and brand recognition helps. Product has come a long way in the restaurant space over the last couple years. There have been some changes in sales leadership recently and the communication/transparency from the top has been lacking.

Leadership support was great, the team was very capable. If they improved BDR function or marketing sourced inbound flow it would be better.

Pay is known for being terrible. Inbound lead flow high. Good job if you're fresh out of college. Not going to pay your mortgage with it.

Targets are constantly changing, lead flow and internal resources are increasingly becoming more limited leaving most reps unable to achieve goal. Management is absent and rarely provide guidance how to navigate internal processes while focusing on micromanaging.
