Ive worked for places where I was actively afraid of leadership, but I've never seen a place with executives this clueless. No unified direction, terrible communication, terrible sales plans, unclear goals, favoritism, etc. It is genuinely astonishing how they can see over half of AEs not sell at all during a quarter and say that they shouldn't change things. Unless you already have inroads to clients in this industry, stay away. You'll only be successful if you either know a lot of people already or you get a ton of inbounds. This place is a joke and they need to change so much for it to ever be successful.

Leadership has 0 idea what they’re doing. CRO makes entire sales team sit on a call for 2 hours in Fridays just for every single AE in the company to tell him when their next meeting is. Absolutely love Stampli so far and where it's headed. Small org that grows smart, and is the best product in the AP automation market (robustness, UI, capabilities). Very willing to invest in their employees success via development, or even new software. Big believer in AI as well which helps.
