Leadership has 0 idea what they’re doing. CRO makes entire sales team sit on a call for 2 hours in Fridays just for every single AE in the company to tell him when their next meeting is. There is no support. All issues are swept under the rug. High churn and they play favorites. On the positive side, if you can close business that doesn’t churn, you can make decent money. Pay not worth the headache.

Overall it's just a product that doesn't have a need in the market with a very cut throat sales org. People who have inbound in good territories. No training
