Former Employee My experience at Stampli was great in the beginning, it was a fun, collaborative environment to be part of. However, as the company began to grow and expand, upper management started delegating leadership and training responsibilities across various departments. Over time, it began to feel like the organization was operating as several separate teams rather than one cohesive unit. Territories were frequently reassigned, internal promotions became less of a focus, and some of the core values that originally made Stampli such a great place to work seemed to fade. I hope the company is able to return to its roots and reestablish the strong, unified culture that set it apart.
