For existing business roles - is there a limited upside due to tough quotas and poor accelerators? OTE seems great, but curious if that's just a vanity metric and most people aren't sniffing that number.

More QuestionsSeeing Startup AE roles with an OTE of $180k-$272k on LinkedIn. Is anyone actually hitting OTE, or is this just a vanity number to lure people in. How is the comp plan?
