I’m considering joining the EMEA team that is focused on Non-Funded Startups. From other reviews I see that internally it’s a bit messy or toxic? But also how easy is it to reach quota, hunt deals, how is the day to day? Would you recommend Stripe/your team to your friends to join or not?

How is the comp plan? Saw some reviews about accelerators being looked at from a yearly perspective, rather than quarterly, making it difficult to blow out OTE. How accurate is that?
