I'm interested in applying to AE Digital Natives, Product Sales (Radar) or RFA (billing, strategic and ENT). Two questions: (1) Which position would best fit someone with a cloud computing background and (2) is OTE really $300k - $400k for these roles??
More QuestionsSeeing Startup AE roles with an OTE of $180k-$272k on LinkedIn. Is anyone actually hitting OTE, or is this just a vanity number to lure people in. How is the comp plan? Saw some reviews about accelerators being looked at from a yearly perspective, rather than quarterly, making it difficult to blow out OTE. How accurate is that?
