My overall experience at Stripe is great. Highly motivated and intelligent individuals. Stripe serves breakfast and lunch and has plenty of benefits that exceeds to firms like Google and Meta.

Switch from lifecycle AEs to hunter grower model skews heavily toward success for growers. Enterprise Hunter AEs are not well positioned given Stripe's limitation in the enterprise space.
