Frequent leadership changes in the sales org, and unclear if Stripe has found product/market fit in the enterprise. Adyen is a strong competitor in most deals.

Current Employee3.4Feb 16, 2024Stripe has a great PMF and most customers love using our systems. While we don't pay top dollar for sales, we do have a very forgiving performance metrics. The only real flaw is the SalesOps-side of things. Territory management, Opportunity flow etc is a huge mess.
