Only a few months in but loving the culture at Stripe. Yes you are expected to work hard but everyone is supportive and they have extensive training/onboarding.

Challenging suite of products to learn but very helpful onboarding process. Quotas are very attainable and nearly 80-90% of the down market segments are hitting or exceeding quota.
