Challenging suite of products to learn but very helpful onboarding process. Quotas are very attainable and nearly 80-90% of the down market segments are hitting or exceeding quota. Stripe still moves like a startup - you’ll wear multiple hats and go over and beyond at times but leadership is very helpful and there are a plethora of resources available to help you succeed.

Good place to work. Lack of transparency on targets and they are subject to change mid quarter which impacts comp.
