Good, training is good and the role allows a lot of freedom to operate independently. The timeline to promote from SDR to AE is long currently, but the company still makes a strong effort to promote SDRs to AE

My experience at Stripe has been great so far. Very demanding environment with fast pace and high intensity but lots of opportunities to do high impact work and lots of space for creativity. Great product market fit. Would love to see more done on Diversity and Inclusion
