Current Employee My overall experience at Sumo Logic was great for the first 12 months. Then acquired by PE, laid off hundreds of people, delayed promotions and compensation increases for 6 months. I didn't get a promotion despite top performance then 6 months later put on a pip. Promised training, development and promotion in 12-18 months but never happened. Low morale, mental health and physical health suffered. Initially great but not so much anymore.
