It was fine - they just have a lot of customers that are not onboarded correctly or know what they bought. Sumo's market message has changed 4 times in the last 5 years so it is very tough to receive inbound leads as no one knows exactly what the product does and what it can do.

Leadership is a mess, compensation is below average, product isn't competitive against market leaders. New licensing model is interesting.

When I arrived at Sumo the Leadership and Culture was awesome. New Management was hired and it all went downhill. Great product that customers loved but it was like they wanted it to fail.
