Bloating the sales team by adding more headcount when barely anyone hitting quota. I think leadership is smart but PE calls the shots. Took away accelerators that used to make the headaches worth it. Not going to make nearly as much money this year.

Experience was great in terms of colleagues and cross functional collaboration. In terms of organization, it was a disaster. Company re-re-brands, goes private, CEO resigns amongst others, 5 rounds of layoffs, complete reshuffle/restructure of Sales org and GTM strategy. Dream Job, nightmare timing.
