Company re-re-brands, goes private, CEO resigns amongst others, 5 rounds of layoffs, complete reshuffle/restructure of Sales org and GTM strategy. Dream Job, nightmare timing.

They've been bought by private equity and the compensation structure no longer makes sense or is attainable.
