My overall experience has been subpar. Base pay is low. Percentage of team hitting quota in my state is around 35% and not much higher throughout the country. RSUs were upped to $9k annually that best over two years so there is incentive to stay. ESPP is good at a 15% discount with a loom back period. Like anywhere your leader can really make or break your experience.

It has been decent, heavy pressure from direct manager to force deals when they aren't ready degrading the CX.

Educate yourself before taking on any role. Regardless of what they say, Leadership is not concerned with your well being, remember you're not 'family' you're an employee and will be pushed to the limit to perform.
