T-mobile itself is a great market fit, amazing service, great prices, and amazing promotions. So when it comes to selling there is always someone willing to buy. In terms of learning and development it depends on the store you’re located at and the sales style of your manager and team. Which can be a good or bad thing.

Quota kept changing, Leadership was not good, If a client deactivates in 6 months or less you lose money, leadership does not have your back, and there is no room for growth
