Overall, the product is good, although there are critical gaps and development is haphazard, and I met some great people there, but culture, or rather, lack of culture, coming from the CEO and the way decisions are taken and enforced down the chain, made it unattainable to stay. Making your number is very difficult, as the company makes a lot of money from telco services, and the AEs are it compensated on that at all
