Good opportunity to work large accounts and get over your number depending on the territory. Management/leadership is a big problem and has affected the culture here. Reps are leaving that are tired of hyper-political leadership and comp structure that are making it increasingly hard to make your OTE. The diversity could really use some work. Management is experienced in the their own respect, but don't communicate with each other (Ex: BDR + AE managers).
