Tanium sells an incredible product that can really transform how an organization goes about managing IT but struggles with sticking to a GTM strategy for longer than 6 weeks. Poor/limited training, sales wears a lot of hats, average quota attainment is less than 30%, sales tools are limited

It's disappointing what has happened in the past year. Commission structure completely changed and does not take into account how enterprise is completely different than mid market or SLED.
