Current Employee In the AE role your manager is a director of growth who reports directly to the COO. The COO very visibly doesn’t care about the sales team he just wants us to print money. We don’t have a sales kick off, team outings, nothing of the sort. Our company is always complaining about money and takes things away from us. We used to have a gym stipend, home office stipend, etc which is now gone because we claim we are poor as a company. They talk about base raises and bonus’s but then never give them and claim this is what we have to do so we don’t lay people off. Former Employee it was an okay experience working for telnyx, they can do better
