Your success largely depends on being assigned the right territory, opportunities are not equally distributed. Much of the management’s time is wasted on internal calls

Success here is very dependent on "luck of the draw". Reps with great territories and accounts are the ones that make President's Club, while the rest spin their wheels in dead accounts. It’s a total train wreck, avoid unless you have no other option and are late on your mortgage. Very inexperienced sales management, poor strategy, reactive, short term thinking, pissed off customers, and we just decided to drop a 200 person company into the mix. Check the stock price.

Overall the people at Qt are great but they hinder you from an earnings perspective because the commission is capped. Also the path into management roles/growth is not clear. Communication across the organization is also lacking especially product management communicatiing with sales.
