Former Employee2.1Jun 25, 2024My overall experience at the beginning was great. Unfortunately, huge lay offs happened and the whole dynamic and climate changed. Compensation plan got changed 3 times in 16 months (not for the better). Kindergarden incentives such as Merch. Also, there is no chance to progress to another role if you are not based in London (Main Office EMEA). Overall disappointing.
