Decent experience so far, but I haven't been here terribly long. I am on the Mid-market/Commercial team. Base level comp is not the best though. Could be much better.

My overall experience at the beginning was great. Unfortunately, huge lay offs happened and the whole dynamic and climate changed. Compensation plan got changed 3 times in 16 months (not for the better). Kindergarden incentives such as Merch. Also, there is no chance to progress to another role if you are not based in London (Main Office EMEA). Overall disappointing.
