Current Employee Tipalti is generally a good place to work. High expectations but then again the company has a lot to live up to. Sales leadership has its pockets of great and just ok. My VP is great- in the weeds, always willing to help and she’s very approachable. Others are more authoritarian with lots of top down do this or that without context. CRO is pretty MIA but a good guy. There’s a lot of enablement which is good but then too many tools without a goal and we never hear what happens after we implement them. Comp needs to be fixed but there’s a good amount of territory. I find it is what you make of it
