Lots of competition in the payment space with a product evolving. Great place to get training, culture less formal then an Oracle which is where many reps and managers come from. Probably a very different company then from when I was there, earlier stages, as comp plan had just been changed to energy was different.

Tipaltis managers, directors and VPs are some of the best I have worked with. Company is in a good place to have continued success. Due to new structure of verticals in sales, only certain reps who have ideal territories are able to routinely achieve quota.
