People don’t get paid their full comp on deals they sell because the business isn’t able to deliver projects effectively. Leadership is non existent especially in Europe. No growth.

Good people and mid management is solid, but upper management changes course every few weeks or so - and they struggle incredibly hard to define their ICP

Great product and for the most part an excellent product/product team. Most leaders are really good, however goals are unrealistic with about 20% in my org hitting quota in 2023. Too many reps and not enough good accounts to go around. If you land in a good patch you'll make a killing if you don't you'll fight tooth and nail for opportunities. Horrible commission...Read More
