Former Employee They have laid off over 10% of their company twice in 2.5 years, while the leadership which is causing the issues are still in place. Not profitable, leadership is confused on the GTM strategy with no clear path. You'll be asked to do a million things and you'll be blocked every step of the way during sales. Their commission payout structure is criminal and they hold your money for 12 months. Territories are not created equal, barely a quarter of the salespeople hit quota. Product itself can be great at times and can lack the most basic features the other times.
Most of the sales team will only be able to close inbound leads (that has nothing to do with how smart/hardworking they are). It is a nice to have product and the company isn't very well known. Take this job if you can't find anything else. Browse Other Reviews
