Compensation structure is one of the worst I've seen in the software industry. Commissions never come through because you depend on the client using the product, and if they don't even go live, you won't get anything else but a claw back. You won't earn anything more than the base salary here. It's a good product, but 0% recommend working here if you're in sales. Seriously WORST VARIABLE COMPENSATION STRUCTURE EVER. Avoid sales at Tipalti at all cost!

Positive. Culture is great here, people are 10/10, and there are plenty of opportunities to be promoted internally.

The company does not have a solid understanding of the market. Territories are extremely segmented and expectations are not realistic. Individuals in leadership positions were prone to nepotism, and as such were extremely unqualified to be in leadership.
